Each teaspoon contains: 3000 mg Pure Polyenylphosphatidylcholine (PPC). PPC contains no other phospholipids that may compete for absorption. Studies show PPC ingestion increases choline levels in the blood and brain and supports acetylcholine sythesis for proper neuronal and cell function. Daily supplementation of PPC may support and maintain healthy brain and liver function, healthy cholesterol levels, and gastric mucosal protection.
