We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by our Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Once we transfer your order to the shipper (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), our responsibility for the package ends, as we have no further control over it. The responsibility transfers to the shipper for any incorrect delivery or lost package, unless we incorrectly labelled it. You must contact the shipper to initiate a claim if your package is missing or not delivered for any reason after it has been in the shipper's possession.
